Thank you for shopping with Pourify. We are committed to delivering your orders safely, efficiently, and transparently. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we handle processing, shipping, and delivery.
1. Shipping Coverage & Availability
We currently ship to:

✔ United Kingdom
✔ United States & Canada
✔ United Arab Emirates
✔ South Africa

2. Order Processing Time
• Standard Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
• Peak Season Processing: During high-demand periods, processing times may extend to 5 business days.
• Custom & Bulk Orders: Large or custom orders may require additional processing time. We will inform you of the estimated timeframe upon order confirmation.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

💡 Important Notes:
• Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs, courier delays, or other factors outside our control.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination, selected shipping method, and package weight.
💡 Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over €250 within the EU.
Customers outside the EU may be responsible for additional shipping fees, which will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
5. International Shipping & Customs
For international orders, please note:
🌍 Customs Duties & Import Taxes
• Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping costs.
• Pourify is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.
📦 Customs Declaration
• We accurately declare product values on customs forms in compliance with international shipping regulations.
• We cannot mark packages as “gifts” or under-declare product values.
If your order is held at customs due to unpaid fees, it is your responsibility to resolve the matter with your local customs office.
6. Tracking Your Order
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• You can track your shipment directly through our carrier’s website or via your Pourify account dashboard.
• If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days of order confirmation, contact us at support@pourify.com.
💡 Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:
1. Check with neighbors or building management.
2. Verify the shipping address provided.
3. Contact the carrier directly.
4. Reach out to support@pourify.com for assistance.
Pourify is not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation by the carrier.
7. Delivery Issues & Delays
We strive for timely deliveries, but certain conditions may cause unavoidable delays, including:

❌ Carrier operational issues
If your order is significantly delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated delivery estimate.
8. Address & Shipping Information
• Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
• Pourify is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be required to cover reshipping fees.
9. Order Changes & Cancellations
• Orders cannot be changed once they are processed for shipping.
• To cancel an order, please contact support@pourify.com within 12 hours of placing your order. If the order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible.
10. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, follow these steps within 7 days of delivery:
1️⃣ Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
2️⃣ Email support@pourify.com with your order number and photos.
3️⃣ Our team will review your claim and arrange for a replacement or refund.
💡 Missing Items: If an item is missing from your package, report it within 7 days for investigation.
